Role Responsibilities

• Summarize medical records, billing statements, and related documents.
• Create detailed medical chronologies and billing summaries.
• Communicate efficiently with clients, insurance carriers, and legal counsel within a team setting.
• Utilize software like Microsoft Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel proficiently.
• Maintain focus on task completion and meet deadlines independently.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced yet friendly environment.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of three years of civil litigation experience, emphasizing medical and billing summaries.
• Preferably experienced in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury, or general liability cases.
• Basic medical knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficient in reviewing and synthesizing medical records and billing details.
• Strong communication—both written and verbal—and exemplary organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Florida court procedures is desirable.
• Must currently reside in Florida.
