About the Role

Penta Global Engineering invites experienced professionals to join an important project with ADNOC Onshore in the Oil & Gas sector, focusing on lifting operations. Immediate availability is preferred for candidates interested in this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lifting plans for critical lifting tasks.
• Supervise and oversee the execution of lifting operations ensuring safe practices.
• Prepare technical drawings related to lifting using AutoCAD software.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout lifting activities.
• Apply problem-solving skills in operational and safety contexts.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 30 years old.
• Hold a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in lifting operations within Oil & Gas, both offshore and onshore environments.
• Possess over 5 years in the role of an Appointed Person with direct involvement in planning and executing lifts.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience and practical skills in writing and implementing lifting plans.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for preparing necessary drawings.
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and effective communication skills.
• Familiar with international lifting standards and experienced in Change Management.
• Mandatory certification includes either the LEEA Appointed Person certification or a 4-day Appointed Person course certificate from an ADNOC Offshore approved training institute.
