The Palawan @ Sentosa, Shangri-La Group’s innovative lifestyle and entertainment precinct on Palawan Beach, is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard. This destination brings together diverse beachside attractions—including electric go-karts, mini golf, and multiple beach club venues. We are committed to delivering unforgettable experiences anchored by rigorous safety and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise recreational and swimming zones to prevent accidents and act quickly in emergencies.
• Strictly apply all protective guidelines and regulations to safeguard guests.
• Handle rescues and deliver immediate first aid when incidents occur.
• Engage with guests courteously to foster a secure and pleasant setting.
• Accurately record, report, and manage any incidents that arise.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain an inviting and secure environment for all visitors.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold a valid Bronze Medallion lifeguard certification.
• Keen interest in recreational and sports activities; able to motivate and connect with guests.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proactive in detecting and resolving safety risks or service gaps.
