Learning Operations & Delivery Specialist

Overview

The Learning Operations & Delivery Specialist is responsible for implementing WHOOP's talent development initiatives by managing the operations, systems, and execution of impactful learning programs company-wide. This role oversees the entire learning process starting from intake and prioritization to program execution and evaluation, ensuring scalable and engaging learning solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the intake and prioritization of learning and development requests across the organization.
• Convert organizational needs into detailed project plans and scalable learning solutions with clear timelines.
• Manage and optimize WHOOP's Learning Management System, including its configuration, compliance reporting, vendor collaboration, integrations, and user management.
• Enhance learning operations continually by integrating automation, system upgrades, and data analytics.
• Provide an integrated learner experience by combining digital and live learning formats.
• Handle the full lifecycle of digital learning content, from creation and launch to maintenance and performance assessment.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and scalable learning content.
• Facilitate various learning programs including workshops, onboarding sessions, and development programs for managers.
• Evaluate program success via participant feedback and learning metrics to drive continual program improvements.

Requirements

• Three to five years of professional experience in learning and development, learning operations, talent development, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience managing a Learning Management System with expertise in reporting and user administration.
• Capability to coordinate and deliver multiple learning projects simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
• Experience facilitating learning sessions and collaborating with experts to produce learning content.

Additional Information

This position requires working onsite at WHOOP’s Boston, MA office. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently based nearby. Compensation

The full-time role offers a U.S.-based salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, influenced by role level, location, experience, skills, and educational background. Alongside base salary, the position offers comprehensive benefits and an equity package that promotes long-term employee investment in company success. Salary ranges may be adjusted over time to stay competitive and aligned with organizational demands.
