Role overview
This opportunity is for an experienced Learning & Development Programme Lead to join a Learning & Development function in Dublin 2 on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role is being recruited by Lex Consultancy Recruitment on behalf of its client and is expected to begin in August or September.
The position suits a learning and development professional with strong end-to-end programme management experience who can help deliver meaningful development initiatives, including a flagship learning programme and onboarding activity.
What you will do
- Take ownership of learning and development programmes from early planning and design right through delivery and review.
- Organise and run professional development initiatives and onboarding programmes.
- Handle timelines, communication plans, delivery logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
- Track how programmes perform and recommend improvements where needed.
- Develop productive working relationships with internal teams and, when necessary, outside providers.
- Guide and support junior colleagues within the Learning & Development team.
- Help shape new and more effective learning solutions and projects.

Additional information
This is a fixed-term contract lasting 18 months. The assignment is based onsite in Dublin 2 and is intended for an August or September start.
