Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder research to guide global learning and development strategies, crafting customized learning programs aligned with business needs.
- Manage multiple training initiatives for store personnel and regional office teams across various learning topics.
- Deliver training programs efficiently while balancing numerous priorities in a demanding operational environment.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions with adaptability to suit frontline retail teams in high-energy settings.
- Support the design and delivery of interactive learning solutions that meet organizational objectives.
- Organize in-person training logistics and communications, ensuring colleague engagement and access via the Learning Management System.
- Evaluate training impact through data analysis, and continually enhance learning approaches based on insights and emerging trends.
- Maintain fast and accurate program delivery amidst busy retail operations.
- Collaborate with People & Culture operations for performance tracking, nurture supplier partnerships, and take on the L&D Delivery Manager’s responsibilities when needed.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years of comprehensive experience in designing and implementing training programs within corporate and retail environments.
- Background working in retail or similarly rapid operational sectors such as hospitality, logistics, or FMCG.
- Strong familiarity with learning principles, methodologies, and effective practices applicable to both office and store contexts.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage varied audiences through presentations and workshops.
- Ability to quickly grasp business priorities, foster stakeholder relationships, and produce measurable results with minimal onboarding time.
- Expertise managing complex, fast-moving projects with the capacity to handle ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
- Experience coordinating learning initiatives across multiple sites and dispersed teams.
- A passion for nurturing talent and reinforcing collaboration across all levels of an organization.
