About the Role

This role is positioned at Aditya Birla Capital primarily focused on leading product development activities within the Health or Life Insurance domain. The designated locations are Lower Parel and Thane, with travel expected between these offices. Candidates must have significant experience managing product lifecycles end-to-end, incorporating market analysis, innovation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Qualifications

• Educational background may include MBBS, BDS, CS, LLB, MBA with strong drafting abilities or alternatively a graduate/post-graduate degree paired with at least 5 years of product development experience in Health or Life Insurance sectors.
• Proven ability to interpret customer needs alongside technical limitations to create effective product features.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder communication and management.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of insurance products, from ideation and market research through filing, approval, and launch.
• Champion innovation within the product team.
• Conduct gap analyses and define customer segments to fine-tune product positioning, particularly for B2C markets.
• Contribute to marketing collateral creation for new and existing products.
• Handle resolution of regulatory queries related to the product.
• Formulate and finalize go-to-market roadmaps ahead of product launches.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives, which include product rollouts, system improvements, automation, and partner integrations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure comprehensive product understanding for system development purposes.
• Conduct training sessions for trainers prior to launch events to ensure readiness.

Additional Information

The position demands travel between Lower Parel and Thane offices. Candidates should bring both technical product knowledge and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
