Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Inside Sales and Lead Generation Executives for a well-established company located at MG Road, Bangalore. The position involves handling sales processes including calling potential clients, pitching, and closing deals.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities are also welcome to apply.
- Strong command of English and Hindi communication is essential.
- Graduation degree is mandatory with no active backlogs.
- Applicants should be under 30 years of age.
- Preference given to immediate joiners and candidates based in Bangalore.
Compensation
- Experienced candidates with solid sales background can earn up to ₹35,000 to ₹47,000 take-home monthly.
- Freshers will receive between ₹26,000 and ₹28,000 take-home monthly.
Work Schedule and Location
- Workplace: MG Road, Bangalore.
- Working days: Monday through Saturday.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Interview Process
The recruitment process includes sequential interviews with HR, Team Lead, VH, and Human Resource Business Partner.
