Lead Dishroom

Position Overview

Join Sodexo at Lehigh University as a Lead Dishroom team member responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety within kitchen operations. This role supports the wellbeing of employees and guests by ensuring hygienic dishwashing and organized kitchen equipment.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position based onsite at Lehigh University. The role involves variable shifts with flexible hours, and more specific timing details will be provided during the hiring process. Applicants with open availability are preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize tableware, cookware including pots and pans, as well as kitchen utensils and equipment to maintain a safe and orderly dishroom environment.
• Attend assigned shifts punctually and maintain consistent attendance.
• Perform additional tasks as required that may vary depending on specific account needs and client requests.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants should be team players who demonstrate adaptability, reliability, and foster a safe and positive work atmosphere.
• At least one year of relevant experience in related roles is expected.

Compensation

The pay rate for this position is $18.50 per hour.
