About the Role and Company
Located at 1641 Topsail Road, Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador, Circle K is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative. This position offers a chance to work with a large, established employer providing diverse duties in a lively work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the store manager and assistant manager with various administrative duties.
- Welcome customers as they enter the store and operate the cash register efficiently.
- Recommend products to customers and occasionally assist with food-related programs.
- Perform tasks across multiple store areas, both inside and outside, to uphold high standards of store presentation and deliver fast, friendly service.
- Engage in daily interaction with many customers while working within an energetic team setting.
