About the Role

New Engen’s Donut Studios is a creative studio focused on producing digital content that performs well across platforms and helps ambitious brands grow. The team brings together strategists, creators, copywriters, editors, designers, and account partners to build work with purpose and measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will lead the full content strategy for a global enterprise brand, Amazon Web Services. You will shape scalable, insight-led programs across white papers, thought leadership, solution briefs, case studies, and editorial content, tying each initiative back to business goals and brand authority.

You will also create messaging systems, content structures, and editorial processes that keep content consistent across solution areas, audience groups, and ongoing programs. A major part of the job is building infrastructure that supports high-quality production at scale.

Working closely with AWS stakeholders, you will run planning sessions, align editorial direction with business priorities, and represent the senior content strategy perspective in client discussions. That includes presenting recommendations, responding to feedback, and strengthening long-term partnerships.

Another key responsibility is leading and coaching a team of B2B copywriters. You will provide direction, review drafts, and help ensure the work is accurate, strategically aligned, and of a consistently high standard.

You will define success measures, assess program performance, and use data to refine strategy over time. The role also calls for proactively identifying content gaps, proposing new ideas, and improving the overall content ecosystem.

To do this well, you should stay current on enterprise technology trends, including cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, developer tools, and related market shifts, and apply those insights to keep content relevant and differentiated.

Experience and Requirements

The position calls for 8+ years of experience in B2B content strategy, with a strong background leading content programs for enterprise or technology brands. You should have experience developing and scaling strategic content systems, editorial frameworks, and messaging approaches that support business outcomes.

Leadership experience is important, including mentoring or managing writers and raising the quality, consistency, and strategic value of their work. You should also bring a strong understanding of B2B audiences, especially technical and executive decision-makers in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology.

This role requires excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, plus the ability to turn complex business priorities into clear content recommendations. Strong executive presence and client-facing confidence are also needed, along with experience leading high-level conversations and presenting to senior stakeholders.

You should be familiar with measuring content performance and using metrics such as engagement, pipeline influence, and share of voice to guide decisions. A collaborative, proactive approach is essential for working across teams and improving programs continuously.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or another enterprise cloud technology brand would be an advantage.

Perks and Benefits

This role offers a remote or hybrid setup with flexible working hours. Benefits include unlimited PTO plus company holidays, medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage, life and AD&D insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave and family support, pet care perks and insurance, learning and career development programs, commuter and transit benefits, and employee discounts.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. Final base pay will depend on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, and the stated range applies to the labor market for the role.
