Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Lead Civil Engineer to join our Saudi Arabia team. The primary responsibility is to supervise and manage infrastructure and road construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

• Possess extensive knowledge of Saudi Codes and the Ministry of Transport requirements.
• Lead and oversee infrastructure and road construction from project initiation through to completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify adherence to design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
• Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to address technical challenges and advance project progress.
• Prepare and evaluate technical documents including progress reports, change requests, and quality control records.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and effectively allocate resources.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local Saudi Arabian standards and regulations.
• Identify possible risks during the project lifecycle and devise strategies to minimize impact on deadlines and quality.
• Work in synergy with multidisciplinary teams to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Saudi Codes and Ministry of Transport requirements is essential.
• Industrial project experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience managing infrastructure and road construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software platforms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction supervision and quality control methodologies.
• Familiarity with construction standards and legal requirements specific to Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent project management capabilities including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ability to accurately interpret and apply technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, adaptable under pressure.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, capable of producing precise technical documentation.
• Detail-driven and quality-focused approach to work tasks.
• Capable of managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
