Role Overview
Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop is hiring a full-time Lead Barber for its Beacon Hill location in Calgary, Alberta. The role comes with a $2,000 signing bonus for the selected full-time hire. The hourly wage starts at $21 and is performance-based.

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and uncover their style preferences through detailed consultations.
- Recommend haircuts and grooming options suited to face shape, personal taste, and individual needs.
- Perform precise barbering services, including fade clipper cuts, natural necklines, texturizing, and other customized techniques.
- Create strong, long-term relationships with repeat clients.
- Keep workstations clean and sanitize all tools properly.
- Promote retail products and services through effective chair-side education.
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman-certified barber or hair stylist training, or active progress toward completion of an apprenticeship.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to going the extra mile for each guest.
- Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Solid knowledge of the industry and awareness of current trends.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Availability to work varied shifts.

Additional Information
