About the Role
Tegra Australia is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join as Landscape Yard Supervisor at our Harden Landscape Supplies yard. This role involves overseeing landscape retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing stock, allocating deliveries, and operating machinery including front-end loaders and forklifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise yard operations primarily at the Harden landscape outlet.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote products to customers.
- Coordinate and allocate local deliveries efficiently.
- Manage stock levels and control inventory of supplies and products.
- Operate front-end loader and forklift safely and competently.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and maintenance of a presentable yard.
- Complete clerical and general yard duties as required.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Tegra group.
Work Schedule
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and during daylight savings, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Possess a current HR class driver's licence.
- Hold a General Induction White Card.
- Competent in operating front-end loaders.
- Holding a SafeWork forklift licence is preferred.
- Knowledge of Work Health & Safety regulations is essential.
- Prior experience in a retail or landscaping environment is advantageous.
