Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Landscape Foreman to become an integral member of our expert team. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will focus on maximizing productivity and meeting program goals. Your proven leadership and communication skills will be essential to quickly establishing strong relationships across all project stakeholders, including subcontractors. You will inspire and lead a high-achievement culture that emphasizes teamwork and the delivery of superior quality results on schedule.

Qualifications and Experience

• Holds a Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
• Possesses extensive experience in civil landscaping combined with supervisory capabilities.
• Demonstrates a dedicated approach to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, integrating these principles into daily work.
• Driven to deliver efficient, value-for-money project outcomes.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Certificate IV in Civil Supervision is an advantage.
