Responsibilities
- Engage and meet prospective clients to understand their financial protection needs.
- Recommend appropriate LIC insurance plans tailored to customers.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification as per LIC norms (graduation not mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive mindset with enthusiasm to learn and help others.
- Passion for assisting families in achieving financial security.
Compensation and Benefits
- Earn performance-based commissions, incentives, and lifelong renewal income without a cap.
- Monthly incentive stipend exclusive for Ladies Career Agents: ₹7,000 (1st year), ₹6,000 (2nd year), ₹5,000 (3rd year).
