Role Overview

The Labourer will manage everyday housekeeping tasks on our construction sites and support the site production team in various activities.

Main Duties

• Opening and securing storage containers and designated work plots.
• Preparing and maintaining the construction site, ensuring general cleanliness and order.
• Cleaning site welfare facilities.
• Receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries appropriately.
• Assisting both the site team and specialist trades as required.
• Maintaining clear walkways and managing traffic flows on site.

Requirements

• Current CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
• Self-driven with strong communication abilities.
• Commitment to high standards of workmanship.
• Possess a full, clean driving license to travel among various construction sites.
• Strong awareness of safety protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
