Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Wigan for a Labour Planner. The post is responsible for organising labour efficiently so project schedules are met. You will coordinate workforce deployment, monitor attendance, assess project demands, work with contractors, and keep labour records accurate and up to date. The role involves regular communication with multiple teams to make sure staffing requirements are handled quickly and site operations continue smoothly.

Key qualifications

Applicants should bring strong capability in workforce planning, scheduling, and allocating resources. Experience with planning tools, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office is important.
