About the Role
This role involves systems engineering, design, architecture, coding, debugging, and implementing feature scalability focused on 4G/5G L2 for both FDD and TDD technologies. The position emphasizes a high-level system perspective to enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide the L1 teams, ensuring high performance and delivery excellence.
- Engage deeply with system-level design and feature scalability tasks for L2 in 4G/5G networks.
Candidate Profile and Required Expertise
The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of L2 dynamics distinguishing TDD and FDD timing nuances, particularly within areas such as duplex-driven HARQ and scheduler timing, strategies for uplink grants, interactions within DRX mechanisms, buffer status handling, and prioritization of logical channels.
Educational Eligibility
Applicants should possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
