Role Overview
The organization is seeking a KYC Reviewer/ Preparer to strengthen its compliance review function. This position offers the chance to build expertise, gain satisfaction from meaningful work, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
The role centers on second-level checks of KYC and Source of Wealth assessments, with a focus on completeness, accuracy, compliance, and spotting possible warning signs.
- Carry out a second-line review of KYC and Source of Wealth assessments to confirm accuracy, completeness, compliance, and any potential red flags.
- Assess whether Source of Wealth statements are logical and supported by appropriate evidence.
- Check that customer risk ratings, profile details, and identified red flags are properly captured and resolved.
- Compile high-risk or ambiguous matters and escalate them to the AMLO with suitable recommendations.
- Keep quality assurance documentation up to date and support internal audit preparedness.
- Share practical feedback with L1 and L2 teams to improve consistency and work quality.
