Job Responsibilities
- Oversee key accounts in the Horeca segment, focusing particularly on institutional sales and B2B business expansion.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue within hotels, restaurants, catering services, hospitality, and institutional clients.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Spot and pursue new business opportunities while growing the existing client portfolio in the hospitality industry.
- Work alongside various internal teams to promote enterprise-level sales efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses between 10 to 20 years of experience in key account management or relevant roles focused on Horeca sales.
- Demonstrated success in handling institutional accounts in the hotel and restaurant sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of B2B sales methods and best practices.
