Role summary

This is a full-time, on-site role in Jeddah for a Key Account professional. The position centers on building and expanding relationships with important clients and serving as the main contact for their marketing and media production requirements.

What you will do

You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, align internal creative and production teams, prepare proposals and presentations, and make sure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and to the expected quality level. You will also track campaign outcomes, look for opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services, share reports and insights with clients, support new business efforts, attend client meetings, and keep account records and forecasts organized and up to date.

Required profile

The ideal candidate should have proven experience handling key client accounts, with strength in relationship management, requirement gathering, and consistent communication. Experience with marketing, branding, or media production teams is important, along with a clear understanding of creative and production processes. Strong planning and time management are needed to handle several projects and deadlines at once.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required. Arabic fluency is considered a plus. The role also calls for solid negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-handling abilities in a client-facing environment, as well as comfort using CRM or account management systems and standard office tools such as spreadsheets and presentation software. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent practical experience may also be considered. The selected person must be able to work collaboratively on site in Jeddah and maintain a professional, inclusive, and service-oriented approach.
