Job Overview
TE Force is looking to hire a Junior Test Engineer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to two years of experience in automotive testing and validation. The role involves hands-on work with ADAS sensors, ECUs, and vehicle testing equipment, contributing to advanced automotive technologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Configure and flash ADAS sensors and electronic control units following specific project guidelines.
- Conduct bench testing on ADAS parts, sensors, and vehicle control modules.
- Execute vehicle-level tests according to defined test plans and procedures.
- Utilize ADAS-related test devices including simulators, calibration tools, and data acquisition systems.
- Document test cases and report results precisely and effectively.
- Operate test vehicles safely, complying with road regulations and company safety policies.
- Detect, record, and communicate any issues or irregularities discovered during testing phases.
- Assist senior engineers in debugging, conducting root cause analyses, and validating issues.
- Ensure maintenance and readiness of test equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Maintain clear communication regarding test outcomes with engineering and project teams.
- Adhere strictly to testing schedules and shift requirements.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned relevant to the job role.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in automotive testing, validation, or related engineering fields.
- Strong interest in automotive engineering, including testing, validation, and ADAS/connected vehicle technologies.
- Must be a Saudi national or possess a valid, transferable Saudi Iqama.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle electronics, ECU architecture, and ADAS sensor technologies.
- Experience or familiarity with automotive flashing tools, diagnostic software, or bench testing equipment considered advantageous.
- Holds a valid Saudi driving license and capable of handling test vehicles.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written); Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
- Competent in documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Willing and able to work flexible shifts and travel as necessary.
- Basic proficiency in computers, especially MS Office, with enthusiasm to learn testing and reporting software.
