Position Summary

We are seeking several Junior Technical System Analysts to join our Singapore office. This early-career role offers practical exposure to enterprise technologies, software platforms, system integrations, data analysis, and digital transformation initiatives supporting global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document both business needs and system requirements.
• Assist with system analysis, solution configuration, testing phases, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system-related challenges.
• Support software integration efforts and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, user manuals, and training resources.
• Engage actively in workshops, testing cycles, and discussions related to solution design.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years experience in roles such as systems analyst, business analyst, software support, or technology-related positions.
• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Have a foundational understanding of databases, APIs, and software development principles.
• Show proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Display enthusiasm for learning and growth within a dynamic consulting environment.
