Junior Recruiter - Telecaller

About the Role

SPHC Private Limited is seeking a motivated and confident Junior Recruiter to engage with applicants and potential candidates. This full-time opportunity in Patna, Bihar involves direct telecalling to individuals who have applied or are listed in the recruitment database. The junior recruiter will explain job openings, guide candidates about roles and career growth, answer queries, and encourage appropriate candidates to join the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to applicants and potential candidates through phone calls.
• Clarify job responsibilities, salaries, benefits, and company policies to candidates.
• Counsel candidates to assist in making well-informed career decisions.
• Evaluate candidates' communication skills, interest, and basic eligibility criteria.
• Arrange interviews for qualified candidates.
• Maintain ongoing communication until candidates complete the joining process.
• Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate statuses.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely hiring processes.
• Meet daily targets involving calls made, interviews scheduled, and candidates joined.

Candidate Eligibility and Skills

• Minimum education qualification: 12th Pass.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment is considered a plus.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi, with basic English speaking preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet usage.
• Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
• Time management and positive attitude desired.
