Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Junior Project Manager to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and can operate independently with minimal supervision. This role blends project management responsibilities with marketing operations, ensuring client campaigns adhere to schedules while engaging directly with the platforms and procedures underpinning the projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage project timelines and deadlines
- Set up digital campaigns within marketing automation platforms
- Conduct quality assurance testing for websites and applications
- Collect and analyze data, providing detailed reporting
- Support creative and strategic planning efforts
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in agency environments, marketing, or project coordination
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams, especially within regulated industries such as pharma or finance, is advantageous but not mandatory
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Knowledge of project management software for scheduling and billing
- Basic web development skills, including HTML and CSS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
