Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Product Manager to join Native's team. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, maintaining thorough product documentation, and facilitating clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Tech Head to plan, organize, and oversee Native’s overall development workflow.
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure the efficient delivery of software projects.
- Coordinate among departments including developers, researchers, and business units to unify direction and achieve project objectives.
- Maintain and review product documentation such as project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Promote effective communication between technical teams and non-technical members to ensure clear understanding of project goals and status.
- Identify and resolve potential risks and bottlenecks in the product development process.
- Track product milestones and key performance indicators, regularly reporting progress to management.
- Support adoption of best practices in project management.
- Contribute to writing and updating related documents including product materials, team process documentation, and onboarding guides.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree from a top-tier university (e.g., 985 or 211) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in product management, with preference given to those experienced in software development, blockchain, or DeFi projects.
- In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion and GitHub.
- Strong communication abilities to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
Compensation
The monthly salary is up to 5000 USD.
