Role overview
This is a fully remote contract opportunity with a team focused on mental health and parenting content. The position centers on editing and producing podcast episodes, cutting social-ready video clips, and creating visual assets that support an organized publishing plan. The work is intended to help spread educational messages, reduce stigma around mental health, and encourage audience interaction through creative multimedia content.
Key deliverables
- Prepare and polish 2 to 4 video podcast episodes each month, with attention to both audio quality and visual presentation.
- Turn podcast content into short, attention-grabbing clips optimized for different social media channels.
- Produce graphics and other visual materials that align with the planned content schedule.
- Handle posting and scheduling across social platforms to improve visibility and engagement.
- Work with the team to generate and implement fresh content ideas that fit the mental health and parenting focus.
Technical and creative requirements
- Hands-on experience with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Background in creating content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong visual design ability, with working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Good planning and coordination skills for maintaining a content calendar.
- Awareness of mental health subjects and the sensitivity needed when working with related topics.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work self-sufficiently in a remote environment.
- Capacity to meet recurring monthly delivery commitments.
