Position Summary

The Junior Graphic Designer role supports the Marketing Department by crafting high-quality print and digital marketing assets. These materials enhance brand recognition, aid business strategies, and uphold a consistent visual identity across Signorelli Company and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral in print and digital formats for Signorelli Company, Signorelli Development Company, and Signorelli Commercial Company.
• Adapt and resize existing designs for various media and platforms.
• Ensure all files are production-ready for print and digital applications.
• Create compelling graphics for social media, email campaigns, presentations, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Adhere to brand standards, maintain creative workflows, and keep design assets organized and consistent.
• Collaborate with senior designers, participate in concept creation, incorporate feedback efficiently, and assist with photo and basic video editing tasks.
• Projects may involve creating basic maps, site plan recreations, outdoor signage, billboards, trade show displays, digital advertisements, website visuals, email marketing designs, environmental graphics, and video content production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience, including internships or equivalent roles.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong principles in layout, typography, color use, and production-ready work.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience preparing commercial print files accurately.
• Basic understanding of digital ad specifications.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or HubSpot is advantageous.
• Additional skills in video editing, motion graphics, or photography are desirable.
