As the company expands operations, they are inviting enthusiastic individuals to join as Junior Foremen on various sites across Finland under a rotational work arrangement. This permanent, full-time position offers exposure to high-caliber projects and hands-on leadership development alongside seasoned Site Managers and Foremen. The role includes flights and accommodations covered for the rotation periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in daily site supervision activities focused on roofing, cladding, and façade installations.
• Assist in planning and managing workforce allocation to maintain workflow.
• Track and report site progress regularly to the Site Manager.
• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards, fostering a proactive safety culture on site.
• Help orient new operatives through site inductions and ensure compliance with all site protocols.
• Manage material deliveries and ensure timely availability for ongoing work.
• Conduct quality checks and flag any defects or concerns promptly.
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily diaries and delivery records.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project delivery.
• Ensure that installations comply with design plans, technical specifications, and company quality requirements.
• Support the Site Manager in delivering project schedules and coordinating daily operations.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be motivated to progress their career within construction site management and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

• Construction background, preferably in roofing, cladding, façades, or related building envelope fields.
• Prior experience supervising small teams or site operatives is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of construction health and safety practices.
• Competency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and basic IT skills.
• Holds a valid full driving license.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts across Finnish project locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Trade experience in roofing, cladding, or facades.
• Exposure to commercial, industrial, or data center construction projects.
• Relevant safety trainings such as Safe Pass or Working at Height certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Project software.
