Position Overview
Probecho is seeking a highly motivated Junior Financial Analyst to become a pivotal part of our finance team in Berlin, Germany. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial and management reports.
- Evaluate financial data to detect trends and offer insightful recommendations supporting business choices.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) tasks.
- Create financial models, perform variance analyses, and compile profitability reports.
- Track essential financial performance indicators (KPIs) and identify potential risks and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to cost, revenue, and operational performance assessments.
- Reconcile financial records ensuring accuracy and reliability of data and reports.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry analyses to aid financial planning efforts.

- Assist with audit processes and guarantee adherence to internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and methods of financial analysis.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly with PivotTables, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking, numerical competence, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail ensuring precision in financial reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Basic familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis is desirable.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or BI tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or another related discipline is preferred. Pursuing or holding certifications like CFA Level I, ACCA, or CPA is advantageous.
