Job Overview and Required Skills
This role is designed for individuals with a fundamental grasp of engineering concepts and techniques. Effective communication and teamwork capabilities are essential, along with competence in Microsoft Office; familiarity with engineering software tools is considered beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate rapid adaptability and the willingness to work at on-site project locations as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline. Both fresh graduates and those with up to two years of related experience are welcome to apply.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support to senior engineers in the execution of projects and daily technical operations.
- Assist with on-site inspections, project monitoring, and record-keeping activities.
- Compile and maintain technical documentation, including reports and records associated with projects.
- Collaborate with various internal departments and project teams to facilitate seamless project progress.
- Ensure adherence to company protocols, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
- Undertake additional engineering duties as delegated by supervisory personnel.
