Adiro GmbH is a family-run personnel services provider with multiple branches across Germany, currently expanding and searching for a motivated Junior Consultant (m/w/d) specialized in personnel placement within the commercial sector at their Bad Kreuznach location.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer support and client acquisition via telephone.
• Conduct face-to-face client visits to grow your professional network.
• Recruit suitable candidates using various sourcing channels.
• Perform candidate interviews through phone, virtual, and in-person formats.
• Maintain and utilize the company's CRM system effectively.
• Support clients and candidates throughout the application and hiring process.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a personnel services clerk, or experience in other HR or sales fields.
• Alternatively, initial professional experience within personnel services.
• Genuine enjoyment and motivation in working with people.
• Self-driven attitude contributing to team success.
• Excellent command of German, with English skills being a plus.
• Willingness to learn, proactive energy, and enthusiasm.
