Role Overview

This is a permanent, full-time store leadership opportunity based in Timmins, Ontario. The junior assistant manager will support the assistant manager and store manager in meeting sales targets, upholding brand standards, and keeping the team motivated to perform at a high level.

What You’ll Do

You will help guide the store team, strengthen customer service, coordinate day-to-day store operations, and contribute to sales, people management, merchandising, and administrative tasks. The position involves both hands-on floor support and back-end store coordination.

Sales and Customer Experience

  • Coach team members on customer service and selling techniques, while ensuring they understand product details and features.
  • Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and help them choose products by explaining quality, materials, and technical aspects.

  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay rate for this role is hourly, ranging from 19.75 to 21.50 CAD.
