Your Role

• Manage and enhance a selection of market models within a specific industry, growing your expertise in the domain and quantitative methods.
• Analyze diverse structured and unstructured internal and external data sources to assess and predict market trends.
• Develop and refine statistical models to gauge market size, growth, and key performance indicators.
• Create reliable, reproducible analytical processes in Python to ensure transparent model results.
• Leverage and contribute to AI-based tools that speed up research, modeling, validation, and documentation.
• Share reusable components, automation tools, and best practices to support the evolution of our AI-driven production system.
• Work closely with Data Engineering teams to improve data delivery speed, consistency, and scalability.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in markets and business dynamics.
• Proficient in Python programming gained through education, internships, research, or personal projects.
• Good grasp of statistical concepts and quantitative reasoning, capable of translating vague business issues into structured analyses.
• High sense of ownership and proactive mindset, with a track record of implementing ideas and enhancing processes.
• Positive attitude towards learning and using new technologies; views AI as a tool to boost analytical strength.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of SQL and database basics is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git, collaborative development environments, or AI assistants like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor is desirable.
• Experience with market research, consulting, business analytics, or data visualization is a plus.
