Overview

We are seeking a Junior Advocate to join our legal team at Vijaya Management Services in Pune, Maharashtra. The role focuses primarily on construction-related legal matters, requiring expertise in contract management and property law.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and negotiate various construction contracts such as EPC contracts and subcontracts, ensuring risk is minimized and client interests are protected.
Carry out thorough property title verifications and manage land acquisition processes effectively.
Evaluate the feasibility of projects by performing detailed legal assessments.
Handle drafting and reviewing sales deeds and agreements.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 25,000 INR.
