Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Immediate Service Center Jeweler to join a premium jewelry service workshop in Dubai. This position supports clients across the MEA region by providing meticulous repair, restoration, and customization work for both brand-new and customer-owned pieces. It is a practical, detail-focused role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment where precision and craftsmanship matter every day.

Key responsibilities

• Repair, reshape, and modify fine jewelry made from platinum, gold, silver, and other specialty materials.
• Use advanced jewelry-making methods such as soldering, laser welding, fabrication, assembly, enameling, polishing, and gemstone setting.
• Carry out engraving and embossing work with dedicated equipment.
• Handle basic watch-related tasks including battery changes, strap resizing, and bracelet adjustments.
• Track repair jobs, parts stock, and workflow updates through internal systems.
• Work closely with sales colleagues and, when needed, communicate directly with clients to understand and meet service expectations.
• Follow workshop health and safety procedures consistently.
