JavaScript Developer (m/f/d)

Overview

We maintain a JavaScript-based tool that generates automated analyses from modeled business processes, such as calculating process labor time and required staffing levels. This tool has evolved over several years and is continuously enhanced. We are looking to expand our team to support this growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement new features using JavaScript.
• Identify and resolve bugs.
• Adjust calculation logic in response to changes in business requirements.
• Expand and improve output reports.
• Coordinate with the relevant business department.
• Present results regularly to customers remotely via MS Teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Enjoy working with existing codebases and understanding them in depth.
• Meticulous and precise working style, since outputs directly impact personnel planning.
• Confident communication during client meetings, able to explain results clearly over Teams, including to non-technical stakeholders.
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher, both spoken and written (as the project is entirely conducted in German).

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience with legacy JavaScript code (without frameworks).
• Familiarity with the ARIS REST API.
• Knowledge of business process modeling.
