Role overview
Vanderlande Industries is looking for a Java Support Engineer in Pune to deliver technical assistance for Oracle Cloud solutions and help keep customer issues resolved quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical support point of contact for customers using Oracle Cloud products, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with teams across functions to diagnose the underlying cause of technical problems and put corrective fixes or temporary workarounds in place.
- Create and keep updated product support documentation such as user manuals, release summaries, and troubleshooting references for Oracle Cloud offerings.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities that help the team work more efficiently and reduce repeat incidents.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in IT services and consulting, with solid hands-on expertise in Java.
- Good working knowledge of the Oracle Cloud platform, including how it is structured, what it offers, and how it functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the confidence to investigate and resolve complex technical issues independently.
