Role & Location

We are seeking a Java Backend Developer for a full-time position based in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore.

Technical Competencies

• Proficient in Java 17 and Spring Boot framework
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Redis, MongoDB, and Cassandra
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Familiar with Maven build automation tool
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks JUnit and Mockito
• Familiarity with IDEs including Eclipse, Spring Tool Suite, or Rational Application Developer
• Version control expertise using Git and RTC (Rational Team Concert)
• Experience in developing Spring RESTful Web Services
• Knowledge of Hibernate and Spring JPA for ORM
• Working understanding of XML and JSON data formats
• Application server knowledge, particularly Tomcat
• Experience with messaging systems such as IBM MQ Series and JMS
• Knowledge of JNDI and JDBC
• Understanding of SOAP web services
• Familiarity with Jenkins for Continuous Integration
• Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration
• Knowledge of Kafka messaging platform
• Experience with resilience4j for fault tolerance
• Familiarity with GraphQL

Additional Desired Skills

Experience integrating with APIGEE is a plus, along with exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
