Join Pilot Flying J in Rising Fawn, GA, as a Janitorial Maintenance team member, where you’ll engage with a diverse group of guests including professional drivers, commuters, and vacationers. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the travel center, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all visitors. Key Responsibilities

• Keep the store consistently clean and orderly.
• Clean showers and restroom areas thoroughly.
• Manage towels for showers by washing, loading, and unloading.
• Handle basic repairs and maintain store facilities.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center.
• Deliver outstanding guest service through maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility condition.

Qualifications

Required:

• Self-motivated with strong initiative.
• Capable of working collaboratively within a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for most of the shift.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and aptitude for minor repairs.
