Job Overview

• Hourly wage is set at $12.75.
• Work schedule runs Monday through Friday.
• Positions available include one full-time and one part-time role.

Essential Duties

• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Clean assigned spaces such as offices, hallways, restrooms, following established procedures and equipment use.
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Empty trash and garbage receptacles.
• May wash walls and windows as directed.
• Clean ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fixtures using brushes and vacuum equipment as needed.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets in line with guidelines and equipment standards.
• Adhere to departmental safety guidelines at all times.
• Make basic decisions regarding task prioritization independently.
• Willingness to undertake repetitive and routine work.
• Interact effectively and harmoniously with others on the team.
• Attend all required training sessions.
• Comply with safety policies, participate in safety meetings, and promptly report unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred minimum of one year experience in custodial services.
• Must successfully pass OSBI/DOC background screening.
• Proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing.
• Dependable transportation and means of communication are essential.
