Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated janitor and concierge to maintain cleanliness and provide essential support services for an 80-unit apartment complex. The position requires practical experience, bilingual communication abilities, and proficiency with common maintenance tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cleaning and upkeep across all apartments and shared spaces in the building.
- Attend to tenants' needs and act as the on-site point of contact for maintenance-related requests.
- Perform routine repairs and handle maintenance tools efficiently to ensure a well-maintained environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial or related building maintenance roles.
- Fluency in two languages to effectively communicate with diverse residents.
- Handyman skills and comfort using various tools for maintenance tasks.
