IT Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

About the Role

Innopas is hiring a driven IT Technical Recruiter with solid background in US staffing. This position focuses on identifying, evaluating, and placing IT talent for US-based clients across different technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment cycle from sourcing to closure.
• Find suitable candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS platforms, referrals, and professional networking.
• Work on hiring needs involving W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement types.
• Review resumes and conduct first-round screening conversations.
• Coordinate with US clients and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Keep an active pool of qualified candidates and maintain the recruitment database.
• Discuss rates, follow up with stakeholders, and close openings within required timelines.
• Deliver quick responses and turnaround on recruitment requirements.
• Record hiring activity accurately and prepare required reports and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 to 10 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US hiring practices and tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Practical experience using job boards and sourcing tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US working hours.
• Strong skills in negotiation and deal closure.

Preferred Skills

• Background working with direct clients and implementation partners.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage several open roles at the same time.
