Role Overview

The Corporate IT team focuses on delivering a secure, reliable, high-performing and environmentally conscious technology experience for employees across the business. The team also supports major global projects such as office relocations, warehouse setups, and the rollout of new digital tools. This Brooklyn-based support role is intended to help keep those operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employee requests and track changes or incidents through the company’s global ticketing platform.
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, software, network equipment, printers, and scanners.
• Respond quickly and effectively to technical issues and service requests.
• Provide support to teams across multiple departments and international locations.
• Manage the onboarding of new hires on a regular basis.
• Monitor essential IT systems and tools to help ensure strong uptime across all sites.
• Oversee stock levels for laptops and accessories.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base and keep wiki content useful and current.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset inventory records.
• Take part in IT projects and other technology initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• You should bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 is required.
• You should understand networking basics, including routing, switching, VLANs, and SSL/IPSEC VPNs.
• Experience with a ticketing system is expected.
• Familiarity with MDM tools such as Intune is needed; Iru for Mac is considered an advantage.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills are important.
• You should have a service-oriented mindset and be comfortable helping internal users.
• The role suits someone who works independently and approaches problems proactively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational discipline are essential.
