Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues promptly to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
- Install and resolve issues related to Mac OS.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot printers.
- Troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi network connectivity problems.
- Manage software installations and updates efficiently.
- Provide support for Office 365 and Microsoft Outlook applications.
- Perform hardware diagnostics to identify and resolve faults.
- Assist users via remote desktop support.
- Handle basic networking tasks including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP configurations.
- Manage user accounts to maintain system security and accessibility.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven skills in troubleshooting and installing Windows and Mac OS.
- Able to manage printer setup and maintenance effectively.
- Experience in resolving network issues on LAN and Wi-Fi.
- Knowledge of software installation and update processes.
- Competent in handling Office 365 and Outlook support.
- Ability to diagnose hardware problems and provide solutions.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools for user support.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Capability to manage and administer user accounts.
Additional Information
This position is based onsite in Bengaluru, and the monthly remuneration ranges between 18000 and 20000 INR.
