• Develop qualified leads using online channels such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and others.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to create tailored project proposals.
• Promote the company's development expertise and successfully convert prospects into confirmed projects.
• Maintain regular communication with potential clients, negotiate project scopes, and agree on pricing.
• Collaborate with the technical team to estimate projects and assist in proposal preparation.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships while managing a robust sales pipeline.
