Investment Operations Associate

About the Role

This position is central to the Investment & Wealth Advice (IWA) operations team, where you will assist with the management and servicing of investment accounts. The role involves collaborating with various colleagues within IWA to ensure data accuracy, support key operational tasks, and provide excellent service to clients and internal partners. Opportunities exist to expand your knowledge, build new skills, and explore different career avenues within the company over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records related to clients, investments, and business activities.
• Support daily administrative operations for investment services.
• Handle operational tasks and update data efficiently across internal platforms.
• Address inquiries from colleagues and external providers promptly.
• Perform thorough data quality checks and resolve any inconsistencies.
• Contribute to process improvements ensuring seamless operations within the IWA business.

Experience in a financial services operations role is advantageous; however, candidates with relevant transferable skills from other industries are encouraged to apply. Those with direct financial services operations experience may be considered for salaries at the higher end of the range.

Additional Information

• Location: London, England, United Kingdom with a hybrid working model requiring three onsite days per week.
• Salary Range: £29,000 - £35,000 per annum.
