About the Program
The Investment Banking Internship is part of our exclusive Global Talent Program providing an extraordinary chance to acquire hands-on experience and enhance your resume through a focused 10-week virtual internship. We carefully select top students worldwide to identify future leaders in finance. This highly selective initiative collaborates with prominent boutique investment banks across major markets including the US, UK, APAC, Europe, and MENA.
Each geographic area accepts only two interns per quarter, ensuring an intimate and impactful internship.
Program Details
- Intensive Training (Weeks 1-2): Begin with a comprehensive two-week virtual training led by industry veterans, covering essential investment banking skills such as three-statement financial modeling, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, trading comparables, precedent transactions, advanced Excel and PowerPoint techniques, and industry research methods.
- Real Project Experience (Weeks 3-10): Upon successful completion of training and assessments, interns are matched with Managing Directors or Partners at partnering boutique investment banks. During these eight weeks, interns assist with pitch book creation, valuation analyses, financial modeling, sourcing and due diligence, industry and company research, and other vital deal-related assignments.
- Mentorship and Feedback: Partner firms provide structured guidance through at least one weekly 30-minute call focused on deliverables, feedback, and support to ensure continual development throughout the internship.

This is an unpaid internship intended for highly driven students seeking significant experience and a competitive edge in investment banking.
Ideal candidates are primarily first- or second-year students who are quick learners, motivated, and prepared to thrive in a demanding environment.
