Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for analysts at the level II or III to join a renowned investment banking firm based in Sydney, offering significant exposure to diverse M&A transactions across various sectors. The company boasts a strong market presence and international reach, providing expansive career development prospects in mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a variety of notable transactions and deal flows.
- Work collaboratively across General Industrials, Sponsors, and Financial Institutions Groups.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
Applicants should have prior M&A experience supported by solid financial modelling capabilities, preferably acquired within Bulge Bracket banks, independent advisory firms, or Big 4 M&A divisions focusing on transaction advisory. Strong academic credentials are also required.
